O Group O needs to severely restrict the use of dairy products and eggs. Maximum two eggs per week.

A Most dairy products are not digestible for Group A.

B Group B is the only blood group that can fully enjoy a variety of dairy foods. That's because the primary sugar in the Group B antigen is D-galactosamine, the very same sugar present in milk.

AB Cultured and soured products are easily digested for Group AB.
