Since my blood group is A, I guess I should change my diet to include more vegies & cut down on meat intake. <BR/><BR/>Eat more nuts & legumes, no prob since I really got a thing for nuts! Hehe...<BR/><BR/>Hmm... Dairy products lower my metabolism rate... So, should I include more soya bean related products in my diet in order to get the necessary calcium supplement?<BR/><BR/>No alcohol? I can live with that.<BR/><BR/>But avoid high-intensity exercise? Well, I only do BAttack about once a week, I supposed that's not a lot, right?<BR/><BR/>Anyway, thanks for the posting.
